Registering at 123rf takes under two minutes. Go to 123rf.online/register, fill in your email address, Pakistani mobile number, a username, and a password. Add your first and last name along with your date of birth (you must be 18 or older). Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click "Create My Free Account." You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside it to activate your account. That's it. No CNIC is required at registration; it's only needed on first withdrawal.
The minimum age is 18 years. By completing the registration form and ticking the age confirmation checkbox, you are confirming that you are 18 or older. 123rf verifies age on your first withdrawal request using your CNIC date of birth. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it is closed immediately and the deposit balance is returned — no winnings or bonuses are paid out.
No. Each individual is permitted exactly one active 123rf account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicates are detected, they are merged or closed and any bonus balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support@123rf.online — our team can recover your original account using your registered mobile number and CNIC information.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder — many email providers filter messages from new senders there automatically. Yes. Go to Account Settings → Personal Details to update your mobile number. Changing your registered email address requires identity verification — email support@123rf.online with your current registered mobile number and a copy of your CNIC. This extra step protects you in case someone else is attempting to take over your account.
Email support@123rf.online requesting permanent account closure. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Note: if you're closing your account because gambling is causing you problems, a self-exclusion (available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming) is the better option — it ensures you cannot open a new account with us in the future.
Your CNIC is required once — when you request your first withdrawal. At that point our compliance team will ask for a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding your CNIC next to your face. This is a standard identity verification process (KYC) that confirms your identity, verifies your age, and ensures the withdrawal is going to the correct person. The process is typically completed within 1–3 hours during business hours.

The minimum deposit at 123rf is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). For bank transfer (IBFT), the minimum is Rs 500 due to bank processing fees. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your chosen payment provider may have its own daily transfer limits. All deposits are in PKR — no currency conversion required.
Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) normally reflect instantly. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, first check that the transaction was confirmed on your mobile wallet app — sometimes a transaction appears to succeed on the app but was actually declined. 123rf does not charge any processing fee on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge an IBFT transfer fee. These charges are set by your bank or wallet provider, not by 123rf, and are deducted before the funds reach your 123rf account. Check your payment provider's fee schedule if you're unsure.
Yes. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Once you reach your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period. This is one of the most useful tools for staying in control of your spending at 123rf.
IBFT deposits from Pakistani banks typically clear within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though during peak banking hours or on weekends they can occasionally take up to 4 hours. If your IBFT deposit hasn't arrived after 4 hours, contact support@123rf.online with your bank's transaction reference number (UTR), the sending account details, and the amount transferred. Our payments team will trace it with the receiving bank.
Withdrawals

Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–4 hours depending on your bank. If your first withdrawal is pending CNIC verification, processing begins once verification is complete (usually 1–3 hours during business hours). The minimum withdrawal at 123rf is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT transfers. There is no arbitrary maximum withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches across multiple business days. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met before withdrawal is possible.
Common reasons a withdrawal at 123rf might be declined include: identity verification (CNIC) not yet completed; the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method; an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met; or a detected security concern on your account. 123rf does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on our end. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet may deduct a small incoming transfer fee — this is set by your financial institution, not by us. IBFT receipts at most Pakistani banks are fee-free for the receiving account, but check your bank's policy if you're unsure.
No. Bonus funds at 123rf must meet their wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. Your real-money deposit balance (not the bonus portion) can be withdrawn at any time, provided you have met identity verification requirements. If you want to forfeit your active bonus and withdraw your real-money balance, contact support@123rf.online and we can remove the bonus from your account.
