Terms and Conditions – 123rf Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

By accessing 123rf or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 123rf. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 123rf including but not limited to card games, sports betting, virtual sports, fishing games, live casino, and any promotional offers. Your continued use of 123rf after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account at 123rf, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 123rf strictly prohibits underage gambling and uses age verification checks on registration and on first withdrawal.

• You must not already hold an active account with 123rf. Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any promotional balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

123rf reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Verification documents accepted include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie holding your CNIC.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 123rf account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 123rf will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must immediately notify 123rf support if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity occurring on your account whether or not authorised by you, except in cases of proven unauthorised access where you notified us promptly.
• If you access 123rf from a shared device, you are responsible for logging out of your account after each session.

123rf uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and employs multi-layer security on account login including device recognition and anomaly detection. Despite these measures, account security ultimately depends on you protecting your credentials.

123rf processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party transfers are accepted.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• Deposits from Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• 123rf does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rs 500,000 for standard accounts; higher limits apply to verified VIP accounts.
• Your first withdrawal requires CNIC verification. This is a one-time process that typically completes within 1–3 hours during business hours.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the 123rf payments team.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5–30 minutes. IBFT transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 4 PM PKT.
• 123rf does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control.
• 123rf reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals above Rs 50,000. These checks are conducted within 24 hours in standard cases.

123rf offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: The standard welcome bonus at 123rf matches your first qualifying deposit 100% up to Rs 15,000. The qualifying deposit must be at least Rs 500. The bonus will be credited to your account within one hour of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds at 123rf carry a default wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Qualifying Games: Wagering requirements are met by bets placed on card games, casino games, and virtual sports at the standard contribution rate of 100%. Certain low-house-edge games (Baccarat Banker bet, certain Video Poker hands) may contribute at a reduced rate stated in the promotion terms. Sports bets may contribute at different rates depending on odds.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses issued by 123rf expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any bonus funds and derived winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from your account.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated while a bonus is active is 5× the original bonus amount.
• Bonus Abuse: 123rf monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, low-risk strategies that exploit the terms of a bonus, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion with other players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on 123rf are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. The following general betting terms apply across all games and sports on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 123rf does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a technical error on our part.
• In the event of a technical interruption affecting a game in progress, 123rf will use the last confirmed game state to determine the outcome. If no confirmed state is available, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live sports betting, odds may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change by more than a tolerance set by 123rf, you will be asked to confirm the new odds before the bet is accepted.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within each game interface before placing a bet.
• Winnings from all games are credited to your 123rf PKR balance immediately upon settlement. There are no delays between settlement and the funds appearing in your account.
• 123rf reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable evidence that the outcome was already known to the bettor at the time of placing the bet (for example, spoofed data in a virtual sports event or a cricket betting market being placed on a result already determined).

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 123rf and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name, phone number, email address, device, or CNIC.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to make gains. Any such gains must be reported to support and will be reversed if not reported.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the deposit and withdrawal system. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allowing or assisting any person under 18 to access or use your 123rf account.
• Making deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to you or that have been obtained through fraud.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 123rf staff or other players.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 123rf platform.
• The 123rf name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 123rf. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Third-party game content is licensed by 123rf from its respective providers. All rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123rf and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruption, delays, or errors in the platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, banking system downtime, or force majeure events.

• Any third-party services, payment providers, or external platforms linked from or integrated with 123rf.

123rf's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the claim.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and by displaying a notification on the platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of 123rf after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support — any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 123rf's operating jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process.
